For Subin, the greatest success is DCI’s next success. Most achievements are celebrated just for a moment because the team is already on to the next challenge. Past projects pale in comparison, he says, because clients are counting on them to solve a problem, to guide them through something they haven’t done before or to meet a need that other companies can’t. “They rely on us in so many ways,” he says, “and we will deliver.”
