DCI provided surveying services for the projects. DCI obtained horizontal and vertical control information from the Baltimore City sources and set traverse points.

DCI performed the location survey and obtained all features including specific tree locations and sanitary sewer locations. We performed a detail topographic survey of: (I) Calvert School on Tuscany Road from Ridgemede Road to Canterbury Road (ii) Falls Road from Hillside Road to 0.25 mile north of Falls Road. The Jones Falls watershed area covered four square mile area.

DCI’s responsibility also included performing property search and identifies property information with Ward No., Block No., Lot No. and Grid No. Processed field collected data and generated a base maps
