DCI provided experienced and trained personnel to perform inspection and monitoring of construction of structural rehabilitation for the Hatem Bridge.

Various inspection tasks included structural members on the deck, parapet, structural fabrications, expansion joints, bolts, stringers, painting, lighting, electrical conduits. The work also included approach road rehabilitation of US Route 40 along with asphalt, concrete and sidewalk improvement in compliance with ADA standards and testing of materials (asphalt, concrete, soils) with documentation.

Some of the tasks completed:

• Daily reports
• Contractor and subcontractor coordination.
• Providing an on-site Technician (TET-III)
• Provide daily data entry to the Maryland Construction Management Software System
