Daniel Consultants, Inc. (DCI) provided construction management, scheduling, claims analysis, inspection, and project close out services.

This was provided for the project that consisted of the realignment of Ammendale Road, Old Gunpowder Road, extension of I-95 and modification of interchange. Specifically, the project involved the widening to create a four (4) lane divided arterial roadway between I-95 and US Route 1 to serve existing and proposed developments in the business parks and provide connectivity to I-95 through a realigned northbound ramp at MD 212.

The project consisted of three phases that involved:

• Survey supervision, limit of disturbance, roadways, interchange ramps
• Utilities relocations, lighting and signal controls, maintenance of traffic, drainage, storm water management and erosion sediment control
• Signals, Signing and Marking

DCI provided all documentation controls using the Maryland Construction Management Software and completed all project close-out paper work.
